Tame Impala are set to release their album on the 18th of July, it is slightly shorter than Lonerism (51:33) with its 51:06 length.

Disciples is the latest single to drop from the new project and now I can finally say Tame Impala have their sound, I feel that they are a polished form of their last album Lonerism which was fantastic anyway and featured some incredible production and instrumentation. Disciples is only 1:48 long, but it's spacey gutair, fantastic chords, and Kevin Parker melodic as ever. What I love most is that Tame Impala hasnt forgotten about the success of Lonerism, but has developed a more psychedelic sound which is more tranquil In comparison to the rock heavy Lonerism. This track is making me look forward to the release as all the songs so far has given me reason to believe it will be a great record.

If you're unaware, Tyler, the Creator announced last week that he will release his new album "Chery Bomb" tomorrow (13/04/14). It's been 2 years since his last album "WOLF" which I felt was a refreshing improvement to Tyler's music as a whole, even with lyricism although some of the lines on "GOBLIN" were amazing. His production improved even more and he just continued to improve. In "WOLF", Tyler used the synthesisers less and developed a more orchestral sound and a range of different genres from different artists.

In promotion of the song Odd future are known to make 1 music video for 2 songs, as a result Tyler released a video for "Fucking Young/Perfect and Deathcamp". Fucking Young is a poignant track about Tyler being in love with someone who is too young for him. The flowery instrumentation accompanied by melodies from the singers on the track make the song work well, however if "GOBLIN" Tyler the creator heard this song he'd probably kill himself (Yonkers).
A snippet of "Deathcamp" follows and you can hear the N.E.R.D. straight away, as if it was a song that didn't make the final cut of "In Search Of..." The electric guitar chords and the heavy baseline makes it an enjoyable rock/rap rhythm.

I'm anticipating this album due to its lack of media coverage, because I wasn't impressed with Earl Sweatshirt's album and because Kanye West was rumoured to be working with Tyler on the project and whenever he is involved I'm more than impressed
Anyways will this album be another concept? As seen in "GOBLIN" and "WOLF"? Will we discover the whole of concept behind the people of campflognaww?
Will this be an advancement of everything musical from Tyler or due to his success in other fields would her forget about what got him there in the first place, Rap?

I think it's fair to say this album is one of Track Fiction's "Highly Anticipated"

MARCH THE 23rd... THE 23rd. IT IS COMING

Look Kendrick Lamar for me is one of the best rappers of all time. ALL TIME *shrugs shoulders*, he has graced us with his lyrical ability times without number and I'm sure in the stupid J.Cole and Kendrick Debate he would win every time.

The fact that good kid M.A.A.D. City still gives me chills everytime I listen to it I think it's fair that anticipating his next release is expected.

To keep fans on board he released "I" last year on the 23rd of September (my birthday) which received a very mixed reception as many thought that the use of The Isley Brother's sample meant K.Dot was changing his sound to a pop rap kind but in my opinion sampling a soul group from 1964 doesn't make his sound pop. However I wasn't that big on the song either the song isn't good and it isn't bad for me

BUUUUTTTT come February the 9th, "The Blacker The Berry" resurrected the belief of Kendrick Fans everywhere. (Track Review to follow) But the song is a banger and it gives us a taste of what Kendrick Lamar will be giving us next.

So the 23rd, set an alarm, put it in your diary and make sure you listen to it oh and I won't be available, don't contact me.

I think it's evident that Kanye should be dropping an album this year, details of the album aren't apparent as of yet but I am certain that he will be dropping it. In case you don't know Kanye has already released "Only One" an ode to his daughter North which i personally think is so cute, however the more "rap crazed" fans of Kanye will probably be thinking "wtf is this". The song features Paul McCartney who provides some of the piano chords for the song.

Noooowwww the fans obsessed with Kanye will know that he has a collaboration with Addidas and the sneaker heads amongst you will know that he has released his "Yeezy Boosts" which personally I think looks like uggs. Anyway how does this link to his new album? Well if you watch the fashion show (which is some weird s**t) you will hear the song "Wolves" and in fm the video it states that this is the first track on his new album, the song features Vic Mensa and Sia. I like the song however I need to listen to it again to get a good feel of the track because I've only heard it once and if you know about music you know you don't listen to songs/albums once before you give an opinion

One thing I've noticed about the 2 songs is that they are ballards there is hardly any rap involved so could Kanye be going back to 2008, with an "808s and Heartbreak" style? Now a lot of Kanye fans will hate that and I don't blame you as a lot of people felt that Yeezus was a joke and they had waited so long to hear from Kanye and he dropped that and now you'll be waiting for Kanye to drop another controversial style which will leave a lot of you dissapointed. But if you're anything like me you would find the good out of the music and it will grow on you (but I'm a bit biased as Kanye is my favourite artist)

If you listen to Yeezus and 808s you would also realise that these albums had some of Kanye's most abstract and explorative production which has lead to artists such as Drake and Travi$ Scott to copy and make into their own (listen to Drake - Find Your Love and Travi$ Scott -  Drugs You Should Try It)

But I'm just speculating, I can't wait for Kanye to drop his album, tell me what you think!
